The Washington Township Regional Training Center was developed by firefighters for firefighters. The BGSU State Fire School teamed up with the Washington Township Fire Department to develop a regional training center in Central Ohio.

The primary mission is to increase the capability of central Ohio rescue personnel through research, development and delivery of all aspects of fire and emergency medical service training, education, and administration. We believe in the achievement of excellence in our services through dedication, teamwork, and open communication.
